When it comes to dates with my boyfriend, we love a good steak place. Don't get me wrong, I love a good seafood dish (which you'll see in a bit) but when it comes to dates, we love ourselves some red meat! Which is why when we had a date at Chubs Chasers in Kapitolyo, we left with happy hearts and even happier bellies! Check out the delicious dishes we ordered below!


If you know me, you'll know that I'm a chicken wings addict. I honestly can't get enough of the spicy, crunchy and saucy dish, and just looking at these pictures has me drooling all over again. The Flaming Buffalo Wings are not only literally on fire (for the first few seconds only don't worry, you're not going to burn your tongue off lol) but they've got that tangy and spicy kick that all chicken wings should have. Served on a sizzling platter, these babies were the first things I attacked (and basically finished in record time) because they were so tasty!

Next up we've got the star of the show- the Sexy Platter. When this arrived in our table, Nico and I freaked out! TALK ABOUT A PLATE MADE OF DREAMS! Good for 4-5 people (but let's be honest, just right for a very hungry Nico and Karla lol) this platter has it all! Pork Steak, T-Bone Steak, Roast Chicken, Salisbury Steak and Baby Back Ribs! Yup! I told you guys it was a platter of dreams! All cooked to perfection, Nico and I totally forgot we were even on a date and spent all of our time and energy enjoying this platter. We had it with some mashed potatoes and our tummies were beyond happy!

If you guys are looking for a good and affordable way to feed your fam or barkada, the platters at Chubs Chasers are perfect!


If you think the Sexy Platter was all we got, think again! There was also the Baked Salmon with mashed potatoes that was both creamy and juicy at the same time. It was fresh, flaky and cooked beautifully!



Lastly, as a sort of dessert (but really we had it during our meal) we ordered a couple of their milkshakes. Mine was the Ube Pastillas which basically tasted like my childhood all wizzed up into a thick, creamy and delectable shake. With real bits of pastillas, it was such a unique and refreshing shake! Nics ordered the Peanut Butter Avocado which was extra thick, and super good too! We were happily downing our shakes whilst eating our steaks!
