I say this time and time again but I honestly don't know what I do to deserve all the sweetness and generosity given to me by brands and companies. It still blows my mind to this day how I not only get to do what I love for a living, but I get so many blessings and little treats along the way.

My heart skipped a beat when I was sent yet another gorgeous package from Sample Room and I literally ripped open the bag to find my new summer must-have, the Shiseido Ibuki Quick Fix Mist.


Let me first start by saying that the Manila heat is seriously NO JOKE. From heat stroke headlines to tweets about the rising temperatures in the Metro, one can definitely feel just how unbearably hot it really is. I mean, 37 degrees but feels like 41?! HECK NO!!! So this mist came just in time.

One should always keep themselves as hydrated as possible- I know that I bring water with me wherever I go and I am constantly trying to rehydrate myself in order to stay healthy and feel less like I'm baking in an oven aka Manila. Something I didn't really ever take into consideration was hydrating my skin! Yes the water and fluids help, but how about those moments wherein your face is literally screaming for moisture and love? Well, I can say I am now one happy camper because this little bottle is something I now bring with me wherever I go.


With it's unique gel-like formula, this mist sprays so finely and evenly onto to the skin without making you feel overwhelmed or ruin your makeup. It adds the perfect little jolt of hydration to the face and leaves your skin feeling fresh and not sticky! I seriously have been using this everyday and am in heaven every single time! What's even more awesome is that it doesn't make me break out either! My sensitive and dehydrated skin is now happy and more plump especially on days when I'm on the go.
